The remarkable story of Tim Jenkins, a revolutionary during the apartheid era, who designed a secret communication system which enabled smuggling of messages to Nelson Mandela. The communication system proved to be one of the tools which helped bring apartheid to an end. Tim is also the founder of the Community Exchange System, utilised locally as North Coast Community Exchange co-founded by Olivier Riche who will be in attendance.
